Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your cabinet hardware purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items returned after this 30-day window will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused and Undamaged: The hardware must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including all protective materials, screws, and accessories.

Resalable Condition: The item must be in a condition that allows us to sell it as new.
Note: We recommend opening packages carefully and testing the fit without fully installing the hardware to keep it eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Custom or special-order hardware (e.g., custom finishes, non-standard sizes).

Gift cards.

Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
4. Return Process (How to Initiate a Return)

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at thorntonlin20@gmail.com or call us at 601-754-6427. Please include your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the return shipping address. Returns without a valid RA number will be refused.

Ship the Item: Clearly write the RA Number on the outside of the return package. You are responsible for securely packaging the return to prevent damage during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
5. Shipping Costs
Standard Return (Change of mind, wrong size ordered): Customer pays return shipping costs.
Defective/Damaged Item (Arrived broken, manufacturing defect): We provide a pre-paid return label.
6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your hardware arrives damaged or defective:

Immediate Action Required: You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

Provide Evidence: Please email us immediately at thorntonlin20@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged item.
8. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different finish or size, please follow the standard return process (Section 4) and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest service and availability of the new product.
